The little kid playing ventrilo griefing games isn’t worth the hassle.  Like Kevin says, he just wants the attention no matter how bad that attention from the people he’s annoying is.. I agree.  Not worth the stooping to his level to “beat” him.  WCRadio.com has a public vent server available.. they seem to change the password from time to time, but it’s listed on the website.  For now the info of their ventrilo server is:

  • vent2.ugt-servers.com
  • port 10024
  • password is publicvent

I’ve seen it pretty busy but maybe our late nights won’t have much activity on it and we will be able to keep finding an open channel.

I have a TeamSpeak server you guys can use whenever you feel like. The IP is online-evo.servegame.com:8767. There is no password and you are free to use it whenever. If anyone gives you any grief, just tell them you know ‘Slaughter’ and they’ll leave you alone.

There is also a cool program that displays who is talking in TS in game for you (it displays as an overlay and you can move the text around to where you see fit on the screen). It also displays the time of day as well as your FPS for you. It’s called TeamSpeak Overlay and can be downloaded from http://www.teamspeakoverlay.com. If you have any questions or problems, let me know.

We made the switch to Ventrilo a long time ago because two of the LNC had serious issues with Teamspeak messing with the stability of their system while playing EQ. I’m not sure if it still would affect Mike or not and he is building a new computer… we might need to take you up on that offer if we have issues with this Vent server.

Or maybe we could use Humongous Attack Power’s vent server? Eh, Mike?

I still think we should rip the kids dedicated ip off of vents server then just pop his firewall and destroy him. But that’s just me and I hate kids.
