Ok.. Weese doesn’t understand the concept of “you guess it you pick next WIT”.. because he sent me this WIT picture because he knew that it was Christmas Vacation. He really really wants it up and it looks like a good one. I’m stumped.
Here’s my shot it at though.. I’m guessing for some reason he bought a new snowmobile (*shrug*) and this is some sort of Over Snow Vehicle licence plate for it. That’s my guess because just saying “a license plate” doesn’t seem right.. in the same solar flare ballpark type of wrong. It’s probably not even a damn license plate. The embossing looks pretty big in the pic.. probably a plastic card of some type.. hell I don’t know!
Sorry, Hollywood.. looks like you got skipped. Weese demanded to cut in front of you. My kid puked all over his kitchen and I gotta make it up to him somehow. GO!

Well, it is being held up to a mirror. I can almost read the original at the bottom. OSV-117xx not sure on the last two. Or, I could be wrong. If I am wrong I still don’t know ‘what it is’ I am guessing it is from a movie or something.

SOLAR FRIGGIN FLARE!
You are not allowed to make a guess of “it’s from a movie or something”! That’s like 1,000,000 times more vague than guessing “solar flare” about a picture of a … wait for it… A SOLAR FRIGGIN FLARE.
And no, if it’s upside down that can’t be a 7 where you said in OSV-117xx.. not that that point makes me any closer to figuring it out either though.. just thought I would point that out =)
Weese did do a horrible job of conforming to the 961×226 size.. it was a lot taller than 226.. (and wider than 961) I showed the whole of the width of the picture but had to cut off a good chunk of the bottom.. I’ll just say that it really looked like a chrome bumper.

I wasn’t guessing I was just trying to get the ball rolling. You really need to get over your solar flare issues. The Sun and a solar flare are not the same thing.

P.S. I went back to see how much of a solar flare it looked like and when I click on it I get the wrong picture. I get the liver or whatever. Is it tagged wrong or do I fail at the internet?

Please do not defame my WIT by the meaningless argument that somehow, in someway, somewhere, somebody, considers a picture of a SOLAR FLARE could NOT be defined as a pic of the sun. OMG Following is the definition of a SOLAR FLARE. a sudden eruption of intense high-energy radiation from the sun’s surface I am no Einstein, however, my belief is it would be difficult for me to see a difference between the SUN and a SOLAR FLARE. Now guess my WIT!!!

Let me explain, no time, let me sum up.
I went to the ‘What is that?’ page and clicked on my submission. In theroy it should show the full sized picture of the sun. It shows a full size picture, it is just of a liver, not the sun.

Turned right-side up and flip horizontally it looks like the License Plate reads: OSV-11/27 Not sure what the heck it is from, but I am thinking it is some kind of Overland Specialty Vehicle of some sort. If that worksd as an answer, that is my guess. If not, maybe it will help someone out. Oh yeah, when you flip it around like that you can tell it has a chrome bumper.

How does this conform to 961×226?
You got the 226 part.. but if I stretch it out from your 394 pixels wide to 961 pixels wide.. it will look like this..
I don’t think that’s what you wanted.. but anyway.. I just cut out the bottom part to make your original pic fit the header dimensions thinking that I was leaving intact the most significant part of the image. Apparently people will need to see the whole thing you sent me. Doesn’t help me much to figure it out but might help somebody.

hmm.. well there are three zip codes in the Queen’s neighborhood of Queen’s Village.. one of them is 11427.. I can’t really see that dash looking thing being a 4.. but hmm.. the 11 and 27 fit. More thought needed.
OK.. more thought given. That thing we thought was a dash isn’t a dash.. it IS a 4… and it’s a 4 on the license plate of the Lincoln you see at the start of each Entourage episode.
