FCC regulations prohibit telemarketers from using automated dialers to call cell phone numbers. Automated dialers are standard in the industry, so most telemarketers don’t call consumers on their cell phones without their consent. This regulation isn’t changing in 8 days.. 16 days.. etc..

Pepsi or Coke never made a can with pledge of allegiance or the Empire State building on it, with or without leaving out “Under God” (which by the way, wasn’t even in the original pledge) but was included by an act of congress in 1954; There is no email tracking; Jaleel White didn’t commit suicide, Ashley Flores isn’t missing; Cindy Sheehan’s son wasn’t abandoned by her and raised by her ex-husband; the “Invitation Virus” (olympic torch) is a hoax; Target isn’t (owned by a French company, only support gay-lesbian causes, not contribute to Toys-for-Tots, or not let reservists continue health benefits); no robbers have rendered victims unconscious with ether-laden perfume bottles in mall parking lots or anywhere else; there is no email tracking; Swiffer Wet Jet won’t kill your pet; Andy Rooney never said all those things; Amy Bruce doesn’t have a brain tumor or write that Slow Dance poem, and the American Cancer Society’s not giving money to her because there are still no email “trackers”; and unfortunately since there is not a way to “track” the number of times an email is sent, we aren’t going to get thousands of $$$ from Bill Gates/Microsoft/AOL/Anyone either

But you knew all that didn’t you? =))

At least that thankful and friendly humpback whale story is true! That whale sure is lucky.. must have sent off emails of all the above to everyone in his address book!
